"Love the spacious rooms. We visited in May and the lifts from the carpark were out of order, they were still not working when we stayed again last weekend. Makes it difficult to get luggage up and down, may reconsider staying elsewhere if they remain broken"

"The reception staff were amazing and extremely polite. Could not do enough to help us. Bed was very comfortable, just a shame there wasnt a bit more room in our room. Nowhere for our luggage at all. "
