"Everything good. Staff and the hotel were wonderful. Only downside was the allowance of to use their mobile phones in the swimming pool area and changing rooms. It was half term and the kids being allowed in the hot tub also was not right. . Allowing mobile phones in that area is not right at all"

"We had an outstanding stay at the Orida Hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly special. For our son’s birthday, they surprised us with a banner on our door, balloons, and even a cake such a thoughtful touch! Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool was excellent and a real highlight for our family. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here! "Location of the Clarendon is a 15 minute bus ride from the 02. Bus stop directly outside, with frequent arrival and departure 24 hours. Arriving at the hotel we was able to park in the hotel parking to the rear with pleanty of spaces. 1st impressions of the hotel did not dissapoint as we was greeted with a clean spacious lobby and very well presented, smiling receptionist. Room was very big, overlooking the front of the hotel and Blackheath Green on the 2nd floor. Though there is a busy road to the front this at no point caused any discomfort with traffic noise. The room again was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Though the bedroom was larger than expected the bathroom was lacking size wise as it was very small but adequate and again spotless. Our room was cleaned after 1 night which we didnt expect and was happy about. All staff are professional, courteous and well presented and plentifull without being over bearing. Having arrived late evening and a long drive we made use of the games bar which again was very pleasant and not overpriced. Breakfast was included in our booking and it again was plentiful, fresh and constantly replenished. We are early birds so tend to be at breakfast 1st thing though we did notice on both mornings that after an hour there tends to be a queue and very busy waiting for a free table even though the dining area is quite big. Train station direct to central London is a leisurely 10 minute walk through Blackheath Village."
