"The hotel is sufficient for what it is, nothing fancy, but conveniently located. Breakfast is very simple. No lotion in the room. The A/C was not strong at all; the room was too warm even though it was 7 degrees Celsius outside; we had to open the window to cool the room but the train station was constantly making loud noise, so the window had to be closed at night."

The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience.
