5/5 Excellent
"The hotel is in a great location, next to the Hell Valley walkable, and also Bear park, also walkable. In addition, the onsen is pretty decent and big, and there are outdoor onsens as well. Food is fantastic, and there are also arcade games in the hotel. Will not hesitate to visit here again."

"This is one of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is located inside New Chitose airport in Sapporo, and is extremely convenient. The rooms are very spacious, with some dated elements, however it was very clean and a reasonable price. You have the option of using the hot springs, which are free, and the hotel breakfast is also free of charge with a decent selection. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! "
