Spacious 2BR + Loft Condo • Pool • Gorgeous Lake View

"Wonderful condo! It was clean, quiet, had everything we need (except no linens or towels, which we luckily noticed ahead of time so we could pack those). We’ve stayed in other units in this building and we love the quiet pool but this unit is our favorite. It’s so nice having so much room! The kitchen was well stocked, all the beds and sofas were comfortable and the shower was so roomy! We had a wonderful long weekend and will be back. :)"

"This spot is absolutely fantastic and I plan to totally go back. Host was very responsive to questions and assisted with adding fur family to the already booked reservation. Property is somehow even better in person, the cove it is in was peaceful and quiet which was surprising given that it is not far from a marina and a main channel. While the water level was low (no ones fault as it has been really dry in this region and they are in drought conditions) it was still perfect for floating, swimming and relaxing, the dock has two covers that ensured that the fur family could come down to dock with us safely. Best part was that there was little boating aside from a few canoes and kayaks, those with engines respected the cove so the water was very calm with little to no wakes. The property has everything you need, a weber charcoal grill as well as a gas grill, kitchen was well stocked with all you could need that is not perishable, ice maker in the upstairs fridge was in constant use and easily produced enough to keep our cooler and beverages chilled. You can tell they really thought this property through, the deck to the dock is staggered so it is not all steps and is easy to get back and forth (even in triple digit heat). The only issue I had was leaving, and that is just because I wanted to stay the rest of the summer."

"This was our third trip to this wonderful cabin on Smith Mountain Lake. We love the location in a quiet no wake Cove with beautiful clear deep water. The floating boat dock was great!! The house is perfect for a small family. We hope to be back again next year."

"This lakehouse is located in a beautiful and quiet cove! House is very clean! We didn't spend too much time in the house as we enjoyed the screened in porch where we watched wildlife everyday! The dock is beautiful where you can catch some sun rays or relax in the shaded screened in area! The water in the cove is pristine and perfect for swimming, kayaking, SUP boarding and fishing! The bass were stubborn, but my son managed to catch a decent size largemouth off the dock! Can't beat the scenery from the dock as you look into the main, deep area of Smith Mountain Lake and see the mountains in the background! We rented a pontoon from The Dock at SML (which I would highly recommend) as it is just two coves from the house! Unfortunately, due to abnormally low water level, we were not able to dock our boat at the house, but it wasn't much of an inconvenience leaving it at the marina as it is only a few minute drive on Smith Mountain road from the house. Chris is very accommodating and responds very quickly to any concerns you may have. Thank you Chis for sharing your beautiful SML lakehouse! My family and I had the perfect getaway!"
