"We thoroughly enjoyed our early October week at Lake Pointe Manor. The house was quite spacious and comfortable for 9 humans and 3 dogs. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. One stand out in this home was the attention to detail from the host. The kitchen really was well equipped with almost everything we needed to cook for a large crowd. The host kept things like spices, olive oils, coffee filters, etc well stocked. We also appreciated that everything in the house was there for the guests to take advantage of. Many other houses we've rented often times felt like dumping grounds for clutter the owners weren't ready to part with, but didn't want in their primary homes. None of that was evident here. We appreciated that the dock still accessible by boat despite the record low lake levels this year. We were able to access the floater dock and our rental boat via the steps off the dock access onto the beach area. The back yard was large enough to allow the dogs to play frisbee or ball. The walk down to the dock was steep-ish, but still accessible enough for my in-laws who were in their 80s. We would definitely consider staying at this property again."

"We had a fantastic stay at SML and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Even with several days of rain, we still had an amazing time thanks to the thoughtful design and setup of the house.The property was spotless when we arrived, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The abundance of amenities made it feel like home (and then some), and we especially appreciated all the little details that showed how much care went into preparing the house for guests. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable furnishings and extra touches throughout, it was clear the hosts put real thought into making their guests comfortable.Jason and his team were outstanding, incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful from booking all the way through our departure. Their quick replies and genuine care made the whole process seamless.We would absolutely recommend this property and would book with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
