"We enjoyed the condo very much on SML for 4 nights over the July 4th holiday. The condo is updated, nicely decorated, and had plenty of supplies. We spent most of our time outside on the lower deck which had a nice table, chairs, fan, and a side shade you could use to block the sun from the side. We used the outdoor grill which was nice to have especially for hamburgers. We did not use the pool but is very nice amenity. I had brought floats and rented a Seadoo for a few days so we spent a lot of time on the water. Communication from owner was excellent and very responsive. Fireworks could be seen from the property which was a plus. Would rent again!!"

"Overall the location of this the VRBO is great. The place is very well stocked! There was plenty of space and everything stayed very cool for it being one of the hottest 4ths on record. Because this location is on deep water, we weren't too tremendously impacted by the very low water levels. The only downside was that we had to take our trash with us."

"Great location, very clean and the view was spectacular! We had never been to SML and came in for a short trip to check it out. The condo was exactly what we needed. It was close to Mariners Landing where we played golf and ate at Bruno’s Bistro and Tiff’s. Both were great!"
