"It is our second summer in a row at this property at Smith Mountain Lake. Everyone enjoyed being at the house again. The kids loved swimming in the pool and eating smores. The location is very peaceful but still well located near the state park, grocery store and marina. Thanks for another wonderful stay."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect for our family of 11! We stayed August 15–22, and even the weather cooperated beautifully.The three levels, with bedrooms on every level, worked wonderfully for our family and gave everyone plenty of space. The king-size beds were incredibly comfortable—everyone commented on how much they loved them!The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the huge ice maker may be the biggest one I’ve ever seen!Even though the area was experiencing a drought, we had no problem at all getting our boat in and out. The location was quiet, calm, and relaxing. The house was also very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family.We have stayed in many homes on Smith Mountain Lake over the years, and this one is by far our favorite. We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about it. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Spacious and clean house. Fully stocked with dishes, towels, spices, toiletries, life jackets and more. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and the paddle boards. Quick drive to the marina for lake and boating fun!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at SML and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Even with several days of rain, we still had an amazing time thanks to the thoughtful design and setup of the house.The property was spotless when we arrived, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The abundance of amenities made it feel like home (and then some), and we especially appreciated all the little details that showed how much care went into preparing the house for guests. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable furnishings and extra touches throughout, it was clear the hosts put real thought into making their guests comfortable.Jason and his team were outstanding, incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful from booking all the way through our departure. Their quick replies and genuine care made the whole process seamless.We would absolutely recommend this property and would book with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
