"This is 99.9% exactly how described. Your water view is slightly obstructed due to trees on the shore that the owner isn’t allowed to do anything about. Very charming and cute. Clean and comfortable. Very compact and efficient. I only have one suggestion, and that is to put a door covering on the only door in and out of the place. It’s a wonderful view and natural light. However, if the other side of the duplex is rented, and they are using the shared sitting area around the fireplace, they can see directly into the other unit. I mentioned this to the owner, and they were quick to reply with their reasoning, and that they would look into it. The bathroom has a barn style sliding door. Needs to be stopped at just the right place to block any view of the inside. We have no complaints. We would rent again!"

"We had family staying for a wedding. The front door key was difficult to unlock the front door. Also, it would be nice to have a "pod" type coffee maker in the kitchen. There was a damaged corner dry wall molding on the first-floor hallway. And the carpet could use a cleaning throughout the house. Otherwise, the house was perfect for our stay."

"We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Belleville to work with! We stayed here with family from out of town for my daughter’s wedding. The hot tub stopped working but the owner was able to get it fixed the very next day! The sunrises were breath taking! There was an iron but no ironing board. There were a few cosmetic issues with toilet paper holders falling off the wall but this comes with normal wear and tear. The shower door on the third floor didn’t have a seal so water got all on the floor and we had to be very careful. The house was well laid out and spacious! It was our first VRBO experience and we will definitely do this again. "
