"The hotel was ideal for our one night stopover with two medium pups. Check in was easy, the pet charge was added at the front desk, and they offered to give us a first floor room with the pups. Since it was one night, we stayed on the third floor. It was quiet and clean with plenty of space. Our room has a kitchenette with sink which was good for cleaning the food bowls, and a fridge with freezer so we could refreeze our ice packs. Breakfast was simple, muffins, cereal, yogurt, bananas which was easy enough for on the go. Coffee was available anytime we wanted it downstairs. Would easily stay again."

"Hotel is under renovation. Would have been nice if that was included in description. Fitness center was closed, only one elevator operational, had to ask for towels, washcloths and hand towels when we first checked in. Had to ask for more toilet paper as only a half roll was provided. Breakfast was below average I would say. Staff was very nice and helpful and room was fine with new, comfortable beds. Hopefully, once renovations are done some of this will improve. I was expecting more from a “Premier” Best Western. "

"I had an unusual request for the Doubletree, and they exceeded my expectations. I wanted to meet my son's family with 3 small children In Savannah where they flew in for a wedding from LA. I needed maximum floor space and seating arrangements for the visit and access to great dining. The suite room was extraordinary. The dining room was terrific, with quite a great chef on duty when my family arrived at the end of breakfast. The staff pushed two tables together, had highchairs available, and made ordering for a big family ideal. The room was outstanding, the lobby was gorgeous and comfortable, and I could not believe how "on target" our request for floor space/visiting space was mediated...we all just loved it! "
