"Hotel is under renovation. Would have been nice if that was included in description. Fitness center was closed, only one elevator operational, had to ask for towels, washcloths and hand towels when we first checked in. Had to ask for more toilet paper as only a half roll was provided. Breakfast was below average I would say. Staff was very nice and helpful and room was fine with new, comfortable beds. Hopefully, once renovations are done some of this will improve. I was expecting more from a “Premier” Best Western. "

I waited for 10 minutes before having to go back up front to advise Of issue. 2nd I found 2 roaches on the counter. The pool had a sign posted by health dept. the health dept deemed It unsafe. The breakfast would have been good had there been any type of meat option, there were runny eggs, a toaster that didnt toast"
