The bathroom is stocked with essentials like cotton balls and shampoo, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. There are also plenty of cozy blankets to make you feel right at home.I highly recommend this property if you're planning a trip to Peoria but prefer the charm of a small-town setting. It's within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurant, and boutiques, and the Peoria Civic Center is just a quick 20 minute drive away."

"Breakfast consists of Little Debbie donuts, cupcakes, bananas, oranges. Very limited. Self check in. No staff . It is an historic building. We love staying here despite the breakfast shortcomings. Location excellent. Many shops within walking distance , a brewery , coffee shop on main floor of building and bar in French basement."
