  • Welcome to River Beach Guest House! Where modern meets relaxation! Completely renovated and private 1 bedroom getaway with beach access wher you can enjoy beautiful river sunrises and sensets, plus eagle watching! Just a 6 minute drive to downtown Chillicothe, 60 minutes to Stared Rock State Park, 18 minutes to beautiful Grandview Drive in Peoria Heights, or just 23 minutes to downtwon Peoria.
    This cottage guest house includes a kitchentte, small table, dresser, and bathroom which includes a shower and toilet. There is one sink and it is located in the kitchenette.
    Enjoy your coffee down on the beech, or bring your kayaks to launch out the back. A public boat launch is also available in Chilllicothe.
