Welcome to River Beach Guest House! Where modern meets relaxation! Completely renovated and private 1 bedroom getaway with beach access wher you can enjoy beautiful river sunrises and sensets, plus eagle watching! Just a 6 minute drive to downtown Chillicothe, 60 minutes to Stared Rock State Park, 18 minutes to beautiful Grandview Drive in Peoria Heights, or just 23 minutes to downtwon Peoria.
This cottage guest house includes a kitchentte, small table, dresser, and bathroom which includes a shower and toilet. There is one sink and it is located in the kitchenette.
Enjoy your coffee down on the beech, or bring your kayaks to launch out the back. A public boat launch is also available in Chilllicothe.

Cute, very clean and cozy small (but adequate) 1-room cottage with its own patio below. Nicely decorated, had snacks and quick breakfast items too. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a bit tight and the only sink to use was in the kitchenette area. Lighting to put on makeup could have been better. Hosts were prompt to reply and very helpful! I would consider this cottage again.

Excellent accommodations after a long day. Incredible view of the river from the room. It was very clean and cozy, lots of natural light and privacy. We watched the sunrise over the river, making our morning that much more special. It was perfect.
