"Room had been recently remodeled, was very clean and pleasant. The exhaust fan in the bathroom, however, rattled and banged at an obnoxiously loud level to the point where it could not be used. Reported to front desk at checkout. Two other things which were extremely annoying - first apparently all HI Express hotels are in the process of removing all in room coffee makers, which requires you to get dressed and go downstairs to get a cup of coffee in the morning. This long-standing amenity will be missed. Also at this location where I stayed for 2 days, there were absolutely no cinnamon rolls each morning which is something they are known to have routinely at breakfast. Was told at the front desk that they never came in on their most recent food order. My disappointment in these last two issues caused me to rate the hotel at 3 stars."

"There was a concert in town and the hotel had zero parking. That was a PITA because I had a lot of expensive camera equipment that I ended up having to haul several blocks from the nearest available parking garage. The hotel website says it has valet parking but it didn't - not acceptable."

"The water was hot and plentiful. The beds were super comfy and clean. The floor I don't think got vacuumed before we got in because it was not clean. The walls were a little thin. Lots of noise could be heard. Breakfast was simple but fresh."

"I travel often. The cleanliness of this facility was fabulous. Great variety on breakfast items and was always hot. Breakfast area was always clean. Professional staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast server. I also use the fitness center. Was always stocked with Lysol wipes and towels. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in the area."

"Carpet has never been cleaned, toe nails around the bed, stuff growing off of the walls, broken furniture, tv didn’t work, sink plugged up…need I go on. Paid $200/nt because we were afraid of the $50 rooms other places and we just overpaid for a $50 room. Smh "

"Stayed there for just 1 night and it was an okay stay. The water pressure was horrible and you loose hot water if showering in the morning bc of other guests showering at the same time if its early. Not much of a breakfast at hotel so we went out for breakfast. No indoor pool which was disappointing. The hotel just needs a major upgrade because its out of date and not like any of the other Comfort Inn hotels that I've stayed at before."
