Charming house in an amazing location! Walk to downtown Maumee for dinner or drinks, and walk to the Maumee river to enjoy beautiful views and a great park (5 minute walk to each). Located just off the highway and centrally located for easy access to downtown Toledo (15 minutes) and surrounding suburbs (Perrysburg is just across the bridge 5 minute drive). Adorable back yard with custom brick patio, patio furniture, fire pit, and even a hot tub!
