Welcome to your elegant retreat in the desirable Ottawa Hills neighborhood!

Relax in the inviting hot tub, framed by charming string lights, or gather around the cozy fire pit in the fully fenced backyard, complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs. This dog-friendly property is perfect for making memories with your furry friends!

Enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided propane Blackstone grill and utensils. Inside, you'll find a gourmet coffee, espresso, and tea bar, along with a well-equipped kitchen that's ideal for the home chef.

The accommodation includes one bedroom with a luxurious king bed and another with a queen bed. A twin air mattress is also available, allowing you to comfortably host up to five guests. Extra linens are provided for your convenience.

For added practicality, a washer and dryer are available on the property. The driveway easily accommodates two vehicles, with free overflow parking directly across the street.

Quant getaway

Was perfect cozy home. Fully fenced in which I loved for my 3 year old. Hot tub was a nice addition to relax and unwind after long day. I will definitely stay again!

This may be the nicest VRBO place we’ve ever stayed—and we’ve stayed at a fair amount. Everything about the house was perfect—honestly. Could not have been better—and we’re rather picky. Makes us want to find another excuse to go to Toledo.

Spacious, lovely, comfortable in a great location

Lovely home with everything we needed. Great neighborhood for dog parking. Nice large bedrooms, the blackout blinds and curtains much appreciated! Very spacious and well appointed, we enjoyed the screened-in porch and backyard space.Hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for everything!

Clean and just as pictured

Brief stay to visit U of T. Plenty of space for our family and we were able to bring our pets. The kitchen has all the essentials and the extra niceties like some basic spices that help if you’re preparing simple meal or adding to take out. Beds were comfortable and most importantly the home was clean when we arrived. So clean my teen sons noticed and said this looks like a shoes off house.
