Staff not being that accommodating and helpful. Also the room was a bit too old and not that clean. View was great though but don’t think it was worth that much.

Construction around the area made it difficult for us to reach. Would have liked to know that they offered a shuttle from the Prince hotel so we didn’t have to walk up that hill

Tokyu Stay Takanawa (Shinagawa Area)
