"Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Room was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful."

"The room was clean and had a lot of amenities, however it was missing a USB plug for charging your phone. The staff was not very friendly and there would be 4-5 of them behind the desk and would never ask if they could help you. I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "

"We stayed in 3 other hotels during our trip and this was our least favorite. It was a step up from Motel 6. There was garbage left in the room from a previous guest next to the bedside table, I didn't like the bathroom and it just seemed like too much outdated items in the room for its size. Cleanliness needs major attention - the furniture also had spots and they should toss the slippers - old and questionable."

"Great location near Otsuka station and the yamanote line but still quiet enough, friendly staff, nice building, easy check in/out. The room we stayed in was very small which was fine because we were hardly in the room. We would stay here again."
