I had a great stay at this property! While the room itself had more of a dorm-style setup—compact and simple—it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short or extended stay. The space was well-kept and thoughtfully arranged to make the most out of the smaller layout.
The property overall was quiet, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Common areas were neat and easily accessible, and it felt like a safe and welcoming environment. The management was responsive and professional, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish.
Even though the room was more minimalistic, it offered great value for the price, and I appreciated the cozy, low-maintenance setup. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The bed is not the most comfortable. Great location and in the center of Shijuku.
Great location accessible to all major lines from Shinjuku and Shin okubu. Service is good. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the shower room is open by 6am or 7am at the least instead of 8am. Tourist needs to be out by 8am for all the tours.
It was a nice place to stay and easy access to stations and lots of restaurants to eat from. The staff were really nice, friendly and thoughtful. I wished they had lockers available for keeping personal items safely. I do highly recommend to take a padlock for your luggage or dufflebag to be extra careful!
