This was a great, well priced hotel for a one night stop over next to Ueno station which has a direct train to Narita. Hotel offered extra pillows, free coffee, tea, sweets and the room was clean. Bathroom was very basic and small but adequate for a short stay. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Great location, close to the train station and to the shopping area. The staff was super kind and welcoming. I recommend not taking big suitcases (in general for Japan) because the rooms are quite small, but with a carry-on luggage it is fine and the space is manageable! A lot of amenities, free coffee and tea, self-laundry and vending machines inside the building. Highly recommended, great value for money!

Close proximity to Ameyoko and Ueno park. Close to Ueno station, Hibiya/Ginza lines, JR lines and Ueno Kensei station. The hotel room is typical of small Tokyo rooms. Not the best sound proofing. Great when all you need it for is sleeping and storing your luggage. Recommended.

Expect it to be small like typical Tokyo hotel rooms. However, the bed was comfortable and it served its purpose for a place for us to sleep since we were mostly out and about. The location is extremely convenient. Close to the subway station, Ueno Park, and many places to eat and shop.
