Solo stay. Room was clean and fresh. All the staff were great. Location is pretty good, there is so much to do in Tokyo, no matter where you stay, you will need to travel, but 30-40 from most places. Area around the hotel was quiet at night.

The staff are Welcoming, kind, helpful and friendly. Very comfortable Beds, though the pillows are inconsistent in firmness. Enough space for two adults if you are reasonable about the size for the price and area. Would recommend.

Good choice for a budget overnight trip

The hotel is the standard small size you find in Tokyo. There is no view, but if you are wanting a budget hotel in the heart of Ueno, this is great value. Very clean with friendly staff.
