Located in the heart of Ginza, this hotel is close to many train stations and department stores/shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, albeit a little small, but you won't be spending much time at the hotel anyway. The service was very friendly and you are able to leave your luggage with the staff if you arrive early or leave late!

Clean room with super friendly staff at the reception. They also helped me with a Yamato booking to get my luggage delivered seamlessly to my next hotel in Osaka. It is also super close to the store at Ginza and two subway stations. Definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was in a great location. Lawson's right next door, restraunts right next door, less than a five min walk to metro. Safe area and walkable to lots of shopping and food options. Rooms and property super clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were on the smaller size compared to North America standards but still comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel several times on visits to Japan, about once a year, for several nights each time. The staff at the front desk have always been very helpful. On our most recent visit they even noticed a mistaken double booking that I apparently made for one night through Expedia and initiated a refund at no charge. The location in the heart of Ginza 3rd Chome is excellent, though the hotel is quiet, since it is located a few steps down a side street. Cleanliness is also excellent. Yet I noticed a few features which should be improved. The seat for the desk is only a padded stool, with no seat back, so it is tiring to use. The bed in my single room was far wider than needed, leaving minimal space for suitcases. Also the covering on the bed is a single puffy light-weight blanket, which can be too hot, but the absence of a separate top sheet prevents sleeping covered only by a sheet. Overall, however, an excellent value.
