The staff were very helpful, patient and out going. I’ve stayed in 2 sotetsu fresa inn hotels now both times visiting Tokyo and they don’t fail to uphold good service & etiquette, the fact the hotels have vending machines, laundries & change machines is an honest life saver for any and all scenarios

Tiny tiny tiny room, and they only wanted to clean it every other day. Could just be a Tokyo thing, but my wife was not happy with me for booking it! Staff was very nice though, and Ginza is a great area.

Staff was very attentive. Check in was very easy, housekeeping staff was very friendly. They arranged to have our luggage forwarded to Kyoto, which was the 3rd leg of our trip. Price for forwarding out bags was exceptional. Location is close to shopping, dining and transportation. The only thing that took some getting used to is how small hotel rooms are in Japan.

Every staff member who helped us from checking in to checking out to sending our suitcases to our next location were extremely kind, professional, and patient. The location itself was comfortable and clean. Compared to other budget friendly hotels, our room at Sotetsu had enough space to fit a stroller, two large suitcases, and two carry-ons with room to spare lol. It was also a few minutes walk away from the Tsukiji Market and the shopping district of Ginza. Highly recommend :)

Not sure how this hotel is starred as 3. The room was so tiny, it was more of a broom closet than a bedroom. I do not recommend nor would I return to this property. The price they charge per night is absurd for what you get. Literally no space for a small luggage or even for me to walk in the room getting in and out of bed. Look elsewhere for a decent hotel. Nothing special here.

Clean room with super friendly staff at the reception. They also helped me with a Yamato booking to get my luggage delivered seamlessly to my next hotel in Osaka. It is also super close to the store at Ginza and two subway stations. Definitely recommend this hotel!
