新しい施設なので全てが清潔で、朝食付きでの価格としては申し分ありません。朝食のパンがとても美味しかったです!
It's a new hotel so everything clean. High cost performance. They provide a very good breakfast!
I like the location of this hotel as there are 2 subway location nearby as well and convenience store and several top locals restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.
The location is highly accessible and the design is simple with traditional Japanese vibe. The hotel is clean and quiet, and they provides most of the things you need. Good service.
If take 2 or more luggage, you may store only one.. The other one will care from lobby.
Housekeeping service offer over 3night guest.
Great access to NingyochoStation Exit A6!
But, A6 is olny EV. So, commute time was
crowded..You need to stand a line.
Breakfast best menu is BANANA BREAD!
1st floor is lobby & men only. So, you may hear outside noise.. Car/screaming peoples/
This is near subway station.. when you sleep Subway operating time, you surly hear train sound...!
Really love the design of the pods. It’s so zen like and love the smell of the wood and tatami. Also unlike other pods that’s bunk bed style, zen hotel only offers single bed which makes the room having much higher ceiling than others. Quite spacious. Shower room and toilets are clean and neat at all time. The only thing I do not like as much is the common area where male and female shared. It’s at the basement right outside of the shower place. Not as convenient as other capsule hotel that I have stayed at where the shower room locates on the same floor as the pods. Other than that, everything is great, especially the front desk female staff who speaks fluent English, very welcoming and informative. Great hospitality.
Location was near the subway on the Hibiki Line. Very easy to find.
All the basic amenities that is required can be found in the hotel, including daily change of disposable slippers, towels and toothbrush.
Simple breakfast and enough to get me going. Many eateries surrounding the hotel till late. Found traditional sweet shops in the alleys during the day.
Lovely area to be around and a few stops away (within 20-30 mins) subway stops to many attractions.
Loved everything about this hotel minus the temperature of the capsules. It was a little too warm for me, but the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, comfort of the beds themselves, and the shower facilities were all top notch. This is a very neat take on the capsule hotel concept that's great for first-timers or those wanting something between a normal capsule and a normal hotel room. Would definitely stay again.
Located in walking distance of the T-CAT station, it's easy to go to the airport. Lovely neighborhood and near two subway stations. You can travel to other parts of Tokyo comfortably. The staff is very helpful.
The good: Marketed as a "luxury capsule hotel", rooms are much larger than the typical Japanese capsule and furnished in a clean, bright, minimalist style befitting its name. Has a basement bar serving good food in the afternoons and evenings and a basic but decent breakfast. Very well located, just seconds from Ningyocho station, served by the Hibiya and Asakusa metro lines. The Asakusa line provides a direct connection to both Narita and Haneda airports.
The bad: As required by Japanese law, there are only curtains separating rooms from the corridors. My sleep was interrupted at 6 am by a ringing alarm that went on for 15 minutes and at 7 am by a loud cellphone talker. The second time I went to the receptionist for help, but she declined to speak to the guest, saying it was "ok" to talk in the rooms! It's common sense that you shouldn't do this in capsule hotels, and the hotel's own rules also forbid this. And yes I was wearing earplugs.
After trying in vain to go back to sleep, I went back to reception at 7:30 am and finally she put in a word with the guest. The inconsiderate guests were not the hotel's fault, but it was inexcusable that the receptionist refused to enforce the hotel's own no-talking rules in the first place.
