チェックイン時、ルーム番号を書いた用紙を、他の用紙とともに　一括で渡されただけだったので、自分の室番号がわからなかった。　友人も同じくわからず、２人で焦った。きちんと口頭で確認しながら説明するのがフロントの仕事だと思うが。それとお風呂に入った時、底がヌルヌルして気持悪かった。掃除の手抜きを感じた。　そして自動販売機で新千円札や新五百円玉が使えず不便だった。

スタッフの方もとても感じがよく、お願いしておいたことをきちんと対応していただきました。駅にもスーパーにも近く便利でした。朝食がとてもおいしかったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
