Good location and lots of eating establishments

Close to JR Asakusabashi Station. Arrived before the 3pm check-in time and the hotel staff took my luggage to hold until I returned later in the day. Many restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby.

Rooms a little small (for couple with 1 large case) but all the other chain hotels we stayed at (Sotetsu Fresa, Hotel Ann) were similar. Great location, great price, lovely staff, absolutely spotless. Will stay again.

Property is in a superb position close to metro station and so easy to navigate to any part of Tokyo from this station. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, well kept and provides an excellent service. Room size a bit on the small side but not a complaint. Would definitely recommend.

very convenient as it's right by the train station, staff was very friendly, currently the best hotel I've been in when I'm on a budget. had a decent size room for the price, i was glad that i was able to open my suitcase on the floor fully compared to other hotels of the same price I've been in. will def come back and stay here the next time i visit tokyo

The hotel is so close to the station exit and there is a 7 eleven right next to it! The train goes to Haneda airport and Shinagawa, and it’s very convenient location with affordable price compared to other prime locations.

Comfortable bed close to station

Comfortable bed, pillow was hard as had beads in the bottom. Language issue for english, the staff did not understand they needed to take the voucher for collection of my bags. Location is good, 711 next door. Close to 3 stations. Easy access to tokyo and Haneda and Narita airport. Lots of food places to eat. A4 exit has elevator. B1 exit has elevator depending on which exit.

For being a small room, it good for couples and everything is very conveniently placed and clean. Next to a 7/11 and train transportation to get around town. What more can you ask for a short trip and short stay.

The hotel was in a clean, quiet neighborhood, but the downside was the lack of nearby nightlife. The hotel did have a restaurant. The room was compact but clean, with the standard Japanese amenities of Pajamas, toothbrushes, comb, razors.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Very good experience. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, and I felt safe walking around at night. This hotel is steps away from the subway exit B4, which is next to the Hisashi-Nihombashi Station (Asakusa line) and a short walk away from the Bakuroyokoyama Sta. (Shinjuku Line). Lastly, there are many exceptional food locations around this area. The best advice is to get your Google Translate augmented reality open on your phone and just go read menus until you find something you like.
