"Great location, friendly staffs, great food"

"The staff at this hotel on lovely Seto Sea were super helpful and friendly. The room was huge with great view of sea. The public bath also wonderful with same view. The half board breakfast and dinner a very good value. A great place to stay for visiting Naruto area and temples on Shikoku pilgrimage path. Shuttle to bus and train very handy "

"We stayed at Tsubaki House en route to Kamikatsu. It was a nice change from hotel rooms. An entire house with nice water view exactly as per the photos. The property is very private and accessed by a narrow road. Staff that handled check in and check out super friendly and proactive. They were very helpful. Take some food for BBQ. There are some places to eat in driving distance. Great place to stay for a family or small group."

"We were staying with 3 adults and 3 kids, so spacious house and convinient location were really good for us. There are combini, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. The owner was responsive and nice. The down sides were the parking, which was quite narrow for our family car and the washing machine. The washing machine was quite old and rinse/spin didn’t work properly and had to reset each time. I knew how to handle such a machine so it was ok for me, but would be difficult for others"
