Very comfortable, quiet room and friendly helpful staff. Fantastic location with many good restaurants nearby and close to buses, trains and the Visitor Information Centre.
It’s clean, the staffs are all so nice and it’s right in front of the station. I use this hotel with my mom when we visit my hometown. It makes everything so easy for us. So we love it. Everything is perfect here!
Thank you very much!
I am very happy and satisfied with the hotel during my staying here. Including the room, bathroom and bed…etc.
I am also happy with the staff in front desk. They are very friendly and helpful to me.
I am happy with the hotel during my stay for 2 nights.
Everything is good including the staff working attitude, they are very friendly and helpful.
The facilities are great including the bed, bathroom and dining room for breakfast. Also the food are yummy, delicious. Thank you.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. Its location is incredibly convenient, with a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, making it easy to grab snacks or necessities at any time.
The staff truly stood out during our visit. They were extremely polite and attentive, and even though their English proficiency was limited, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made every effort to communicate effectively. Their dedication to hospitality was genuinely appreciated.
The surrounding area is also a plus, with several nice bars and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options within walking distance.
The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The self-service setup offered an variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Whether you prefer a traditional Japanese breakfast or Western-style dishes, there's something for everyone. The quality and freshness of the food made for a great start to each day. I especially recommend the Tokushima-style rice bowl!
The only drawback worth mentioning is the parking facility. It uses a car elevator system, which can be challenging during busy times. When multiple guests are waiting to retrieve their vehicles, there's pressure to load luggage and prepare quickly, as delays can cause others to wait. If you're planning to drive, just be mindful of this potential inconvenience during peak hours.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
The massage chair in the room was a welcome after five days of walking on the Henro. Position is so convenient to the station restaurants and town areas and the room was spacious with all things covered. Would stay here again.
