"The Hotel Bellclassic foyer looks very classy, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Checking in went smoothly. The hotel is located within walking distance of Otsuka station where you can catch the Yamanote line, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was surprisingly spacious. "This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram. "
