"Very nice, comfortable, modern place to land in Shibuya. Staff was welcoming and helpful. After staying for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip, we ended up booking our last night in Tokyo here. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front looked at us and said “Welcome back!”"

"Staff that assisted us were good and super helpful we have to write some stuff in a slip for our luggage and they pretty much did it for us so it was really helpful. But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."

"the location is at the downtown core. Airport limousine has a bus stop outside the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has so many varieties. really enjoy to stay in the hotel."
