"I appreciated the upgrade I received after an overly-zealous guest rudely cut me off while I was departing the shuttle bus to check in. The guest was apparently in a hurry to get to the bar. "Excellant location for Frankfurt Messe and hence always easy to find a taxi. Breakfast was superb both in quality and variety. Dinner menu a little limited but there are many good places to choose to eat something different within easy walking distance. Only slight negative would be a lack of USB charging outlets in bedrooms. That said bedrooms are large, clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water for shower etc. Would definitely stay there again."
