The staff were exceptional throughout my visit—always friendly, approachable, and more than happy to help with anything I needed, no matter how small. Their attentiveness really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. One of the highlights was the all-you-can-eat breakfast. There was a great variety of options to choose from, all fresh and well-prepared, catering to different tastes. It was a perfect way to start the day and definitely exceeded my expectations. "We enjoyed our overnight stay at the weathervane. It was very good value for the money it cost. We had the breakfast included option and we're glad we did. The staff were very helpful indeed. We decided to have our evening meal there as well. We both really enjoyed the food which was cooked perfectly and the prices were very much cheaper than we pay in Essex."

"There was only one member of staff there over our 2 day stay & she was really nice and helpful (she seemed to be covering reception, housekeeping & kitchen). Got to say all the public areas could do with a good hoover and the skylight in our room was covered in green algae. Our room was clean (apart from the skylights) but small. Breakfast was really poor for the price we paid. Hotel in general needs a good update as has loads of potential."
