"An absolutely brilliant hotel with staff who couldn’t do any more to help. Their front of house WhatsApp link was brilliant in booking restaurants, taxis, room queries. The pool bar was very nice and restaurant food (not just breakfast) was awesome. A great trip had by myself and all my friends. Thank you Mondial"

"The staff was excellent. The food was really good as well. I had a massage while we were there, and I definitely recommend it. The girl who did my massage was from Bali, and she was very skilled. The only things I would say need some attention is the hot tub was kind of dirty, and the bathroom really needs additional lighting. Also there is no bidet in the bathroom. That being said, the staff was absolutely top notch. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel location is good but only if you don’t have a car, staff are nice but not available all the time. Breakfast is okey for the price you have paid don’t be surprised if we ask you to pay more that what you already planned!"
