"When we arrived, the person checking us in seemed very distracted or possibly intoxicated. He checked us into a room that already had someone in it. As I was gathering luggage and parking the car, I sent my wife and daughter up to the room. They were met with someone already in there. It was remedied by the person that checked us in after a trip to the desk. When I alerted the person in charge the next morning, she was very dismissive. Explaining to me that it happens and thats just the way it is. Not a great experience with the desk staff. Other than that, the place was as advertised."

"Very clean, was welcoming the front desk staff, only coffee available, workout room , couple fast food places in walking distance. "

"The pool, water slide and hot tub are the main attractions. We stayed during Spring Break so it was (I assume) busier than usual. Front desk staff is a 10/10. Backs up to a Scheels and literally any business you could imagine is with 5-10 miles. Breakfast varied every day. We will definitely be back. The elevator sucks and housekeeping is rude- but those are minor. Everything that matters is well maintained and makes for a great stay"

"I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady on duty the night I checked in! She was dealing with very difficult circumstances (a wind-caused blackout) in the best manner imaginable. I was on crutches when I checked in, and not only did she guide me to my room by flashlight, she wheeled my suitcase for me (all with a smile) GREAT employee!"
