"The location was perfect to the Rocket Arena and downtown restaurants. The check-in clerk was not personable at all. Lobby, hallways and elevator were like saunas. Went to room and the door was ajar. Room was still being cleaned. Walk into cleaning supplies but no cleaning person. She was across the hall so she came back over to finish (very apologetic). Wiped down bathroom quickly. She left and we went in the room to find the room full of hairs in the bathroom, stains on the walls, etc. Took a shower with the hand towel on the bottom of the shower because it wasn’t clean enough. The next morning went to get breakfast that I paid extra for and there was one worker that I saw, a group of people at the host stand, and the place was packed. I knew I was getting anything quickly so I left because we had to get going within the next 1/2 hour. I was not happy with the amount I paid for one night and the way it turned out. "

"Walking distance to Playhouse Square! All the shows and restaurants! Also a Heinens grocery around the corner. Cocktail hour by the fire in the lobby was fun! Great way to kick off the evening! "

"Too much traffic noise from where my room was located especially in the evening/night from the sirens of emergency vehicles, the hotel looks new, room was clean, updated, lighting in the entrance of room& kitchen area could have been better, too dim in my opinion, staff was pleasant"

"Arrived late due to flight delays. Nothing in the area and the resturant and bar close at 10. Suite was spacious but dated and worn furnishings but bed was nice "

"Checked in. Entered room & it smelled of stale sweat. Went to front desk & gentlemen told me he could upgrade me to a junior suite but it would cost $50 more for upgrade.Tv remote in room did not work. Buttons on tv would not work for power on/off. Specifically search hotel with hot tub on line. Front desk stated theirs has been out of service for some time. Breakfast was served cold. Coffee lukewarm. Not the best stay i have had. We made the best of the situation but for almost $200 a night, more than a little disappointing. "
