"My daughter and I stayed here for a night after a long day at Cleveland Clinic, it was perfect for us. The hotel is small, quaint and quiet. Our room was clean, smelled really good and the air conditioner worked well. The location is fantastic too with great restaurants nearby. We have another appointment at the clinic in May and we will be staying here again."

"i went at check in said room wont be ready till later gave me keys i came back key didnt work the desk said they upgraded me went to new room it was dirty dust and stains everywhere and was loud all night there is no pool or breakfast like it say i tried 2 complain they would not even give me 69b⁶t⅚"

"This is my second stay at this property. At a glance, the room is clean. Each stay, I have noticed hair in the shower, on the walls and the floor, as well as pink mold in the corners of the shower. The bathroom vanity isn’t clean either. Of the four nights on the property, my room was not touched twice. The first time, I chocked up to an oversight but mentioned it the next morning at the front desk, only to get back to the room the second evening to an uncleared room, full trash vans, and no clean towels. Twice is not acceptable. I will be returning to Cleveland next month. Not sure I’ll be staying here again. "

"Room should’ve been a little clear, but overall very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy. Employees seem to be very friendly and well-versed in what they were doing."

"Battery in my room door needed replaced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. When I couldn't find anyone at front desk I quickly learned to look just outside for smokers. Heavy rains needed cleaned up in public areas. Routine maintenance must be overlooked. "
