"When we arrived and checked in, we went to our room and noticed that it had not been properly cleaned. We had booked the hotel 15 days in advance, so the hotel should have been aware of how many guests would be staying in the room and ensured that all necessary amenities were provided. Unfortunately, some essential items were missing when we arrived. After we raised the issue with the staff, the missing items were provided. Apart from this inconvenience on the day of check-in, my overall experience was good. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team and the other hotel staff. They were very friendly, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. If anyone is planning to book this hotel, I would recommend confirming all room preparation and cleaning arrangements in advance to avoid any issues upon arrival. Thank you to the staff for their support and hospitality."
