"Room is clean but it lacks useful things such as a fridge and a kettle for some tea and coffee. Staff is very helpful. Shuttle service is excellent. Ate at the restaurant in the evening. You pay a high price for a very small portion of commercial food. Restaurant is not recommended. In my opinion its a tourist trap. "

"Impression of entrance and reception was poor but hotel room was very modern, new, bright, big and had a balcony. Breakfast was nice, had lots of options. Location was good, right beside lake and about 15 minutes walk from old town or train station. Nice scenic walk around lake. Allowed us to leave luggage in ski room while we waited for a later train. All in all, would recommend for a mid range hotel option."

We arrived early for check-in and were met by a front desk staff member who was not particularly welcoming and throughout our stay and seemed reluctant to store our luggage until the official 3:00 pm check-in time. First impressions matter, and this set an unfortunate tone for our stay. Additionally, the room we received did not match the one I had booked, which was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were also quite limited and did not feel aligned with the overall price point of the hotel. Given the hotel’s location and reputation, we had hoped for a more polished and hospitable experience."
