Tolles Hotel an sehr ruhiger Lage, genialer Skitransfer-Service, sehr freundliches Personal, klasse Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl sowohl an Essen als auch an Getränken. Da waren wir sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal.

Super gemütlich und rustikal

Sehr heimeliges rustikales Hotel mit 2super Restaurants. Das eine Restaurant ist bündnerisch werschaftlich und das andere hat 20Michellin-Punkte (ist dementsprechend teuer). Ganz toll war das Morgenbuffet mit riesen Auswahl und die zwei Gondelsaunas. Der Spabereich ist ist nicht tiesig dafür sehr schön!!

Alpencharme im Bündnerland

Das Hotel ist superschön, die Lage perfekt. Überdachte Parkplätze fürs Auto, Kaffe und Kuchen am Nachmittag war sogar dabei in unserer Zimmer Kat. Zimmer war perfekt und Personal wirklich zuvorkommend. Einziger minus Punkt das Crap Naros Restaurant hat mich nicht ganz überzeugt.

sehr ruhige Oase in der Bündner Bergwelt

wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt im Maiensäss Hotel Guarda Val gefreut. Unser erster Eindruck an der Récéption war leider nicht sehr erfreulich. Unser Check in wurde von einer jungen Lehrtochter sehr unprofessionell mit grossem Loch und Fallmaschen in ihrem Strumpf gemacht, wir denken, dass in einem solchen hochpreisigen Hotel eine Lehrtochter unterstützt werden sollte und nicht selbständig auf die Kunden losgelassen werden sollte. Unser Zimmer (Suite Giebelstube) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Grosszügig und gemütlich. Die Softdrinks im Kühlschrank werden täglich gratis aufgefüllt. Am Abend hatten wir einen Tisch im Gourmet Restaurant gebucht. Alles war perfekt Essen und Service, aber auch das Essen im Crap Naros Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, speziell gut fanden wir das gordon bleu. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass wir sehr eingepfercht sitzen mussten mit null Privatsphäre. Nach dem Essen nochmals zur Récéption um Infos der Umgebung zu einzuholen. Was für eine wohltat von Frau Fischer, einer jungen aufgestellten und kundenfreundlichen Person empfangen zu werden und viele Infos bekommen über Wanderungen, etc. herzlichen Dank. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, für jeden etwas dabei, sehr gute Produkte, wir haben vor allem die selbst gepressten frischen Fruchtsäfte genossen. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den zuvorkommenden Shuttleservice von Hugo zu unseren Wanderungen, hat immer perfekt geklappt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in den Bergen

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Maiensässhotel! Das Frühstück mit regionalen Artikel war für einen super Start in den Tag perfekt. Der hoteleigene Skibus fuhr uns an den gewünschten Ausgangsort zum Skifahren und holte uns am Abend wieder ab. Die Wellnessanlage haben wir nicht genutz, sah aber toll aus. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, der alte Maiensässstyle wurde beibehalten und es war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt Nach dem Check out haben wir für die Heimreise noch eine kleine Provianttüte mitbekommen.

Schönes Dörfchen

Malerisch gelegen und mit viel Liebe gepflegt ist das Guarda Val unbedingt eine Reise wert. Einzig störend ist das Frühstück, bei dem ein grosses Gedränge am Buffet herrscht, auch abends kommt das Personal in beiden Restaurants durchaus an seine Grenzen.
