Beautiful property. Helpful with any small language barriers. The staff was happy to provide suggestions for food or activities. The onsite restaurant was very good. The room was clean and nice. The air conditioning was disabled, as far as I can tell, but the weather was fine, so no worries. The only questionables were the shower being quite small, but it was directly next to an ample bathtub, so it was a worthy trade off. The only other improvement would be extended hours of the hot tub. 9pm seems common, but a little silly.

In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!

Lovely hotel with a great location for outdoor activities like hiking & biking. Room was very spacious and had a couch and two chairs. I am puzzled though, why the TV doesn't match the room size (felt like an iPad). I missed having a small refrigerator in the room.

This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.

Ich bin sehr spät angereist und wurde dennoch sehr herzliche Empfang hat ein schönes Zimmer und da ich morgens sehr früh abgereist bin 30 Minuten bevor offiziell das Frühstück los ging, hatte man mir angeboten mir ein paar Brötchen zu schmieren und einen Kaffee für unterwegs zu zubereiten. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, und ich wurde morgens von Kuhglocken geweckt und hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Berge, als ich die Gardinen zur Seite geschoben habe.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht im Hotel. Alles tiptop. Die Kirchenglocke um 6 Uhr morgens bin ich nicht gewohnt, von daher ein etwas unsanftes Aufwachen. Werde das Hotel aber dennoch gerne wieder mal besuchen. Vielen Dank an das zuvorkommende und nette Personal!
