180 degree sea view. An end of terrace one bedroom, newly refurbished apartment. Sleeps 2/4 (1 twin Bedroom. +2 pull out sofa beds). 7 min walk to yellow sand Beach and Local Amenities. Gated apartment complex with large, communal terrace in front of private patio, giving a unique sense of spaciousness. What stands out is the light, huge sky and panoramic sea view. 10 min. from airport, with car hire and a supermarket right at the entrance of the complex. Best of two worlds: quiet, yet close (5 min.) to the seafront with its shops, restaurants, beautiful promenade and miles of sandy beach. The whole complex is in first class condition with a bright, fresh look.

Another excellent stay at this place.This is our second time of staying.superb sea views from the pool and terrace…lots of space and storage inside…beds very comfy….5 mins from the main strip and beach…..WiFi and English tv channels….will be booking again for our 3rd visit next year

What a lovely place pictures are accurate right in heart of things not to far to walk to main road quiet complex lovely pool and friendly residents thanks to Vinka you were fabulous we will be back yes there are steps which we didn’t mind but you can come in on flat back way excellent place

The location of the appartment is great. Panoramic views of the sea / shoreline. Beach and sea front only a shor walk away. Facilities in the apartment wete great, loved the "Berky" we did not purchase any bottled water throughout the stay. Overall a fantastic stay.

We stayed here for a week, over Easter, as a family of 4 (kids 11 and 9). The apartment was perfect. The highlights included. -Loads of space so that we weren’t on top of each other like lots of self catering is in big hotels. -All the essentials including towels/washing machine/beach stuff and helpful kitchen essentials.(cafetière if you’re like my hubby and need to know!) -Lots of outside space and just steps to the pool. -Spar very close. -Easy walk to the beach. -Felt VERY safe, I happily walked alone/ sent my 11 year old to bins or shop. -Easy access to cafes and restaurants. -Beautiful pool(a tad cold at Easter as expected!) -The views are AMAZING! -Communication was fab and Vinka is great. -Walking distance to shopping centre with Zara, bershka, McDonald’s etc. -Close to bus stop. #3 takes you to Arrecife and the big mall. -Loads of towels/bedding. -Good sized sofa bed with no squeaks! -clothes dried quickly….. we easily managed Ryan Air small bag challenges! -a very clean, tidy gated complex with lots of plants. We had a brilliant week and would (and maybe will) happily return.

long stay

Overall a good property, good location jus a few mins from the front. great views from the outside of the apartment. Homely,, good facilities inside. Open to the front. Not much room on the frontage due to benches and a large table. Problem we found is the 66 steps up to the apartment, after 6 weeks we found it a bind.

Fijn appartement en goed ingericht. Dichtbij de boulevard en de zee maar een heel rustige wijk. Heerlijke douche, prima bedden en een fijn terras. Supermarkt naast de deur. Voor 4 personen wat krap maar voor 2 personen genoeg ruimte. Het zwembad was niet verwarmd, nog net iets te fris in maart. Wij hebben genoten in Casa Maria!

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und ausgestattet

Wir waren vom 19. September bis 10. Oktober 2023 in Ihrer Ferienwohnung Casa Maria. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, alles sehr sauber und komfortabel, wir haben an manchen Abenden eine Klimaanlage vermisst, aber wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es ist sehr gut gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer und der Pool ist großartig. Die Liegen rund um den Pool haben aber schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern ist sehr gut und schnell. Es ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, die wir wärmstens empfehlen können und auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werden.

Great place for a holiday

We are just back from another great stay at Casa Maria. The apartment has everything you need; great kitchen, loads of towels, UK tv, good WIFI connection, washing machine, very sunny terrace with sea view and quiet neighbours. Good choice of supermarkets and bars within easy walking distance. Lots of choice for live music venues, Bogarts Bar, just down the street from Atalaya is a must. Would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Ebenfalls der Blick am morgen über das offene Meer. Auch die Räumlichkeiten und der Luxus einer Waschmaschine und Strandtücher bzw. Handtücher war super. Sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich und nur wenige Meter bis zum Pool Das Apartment liegt auch schön ruhig. Was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wlan war auch perfekt. ____

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment in ruhiger Familienanlage

Wir haben in den Osterferien sehr kurzfristig eine wunderbare Woche in der Casa Maria verbracht. Da der Kontakt mit den freundlichen Besitzern Gaby und Rob sehr schnell und zuverlässig war, konnten wir schon nach zwei Tagen unsere Reise antreten. Über den Kontakt mit Vinka lief das Timing auf Lanzarote perfekt, und durch die Nähe zum Flughafen ist man tatsächlich nach einer halben Stunde schon im Apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und persönlich in freundlichen Farben mit selbst gemalten Bildern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, vom Föhn bis zu sämtlichen Küchenutensilien mit Backofen. Wir waren zu dritt, unser Sohn hat im Wohnzimmer auf dem ausklappbaren Sofa sehr gut geschlafen. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Es gibt eine wunderbare überdachte Terrasse. Innerhalb der terrassenförmigen, äußerst hübschen und gepflegten Anlage ist die Wohnung ganz oben und toll gelegen, da sie ein wenig seitlich vom Pool und von daher sehr ruhig liegt mit einem herrlichen Blick über das Meer in Richtung Süden. Unter den Nachbarn waren Ehepaare und Familien mit kleineren Kindern, allesamt sehr nett, Man kann wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen. Der Pool ist groß und sehr leer. In der Wohnung gibt es neben Büchern , Spielen und DVDs auch viele wertvolle Reise - und Essentipps, die wir fast alle wahrgenommen und genossen haben. Um Lanzarote zu erkunden, ist die Wohnung toll gelegen, da sie quasi in der Mitte der Insel liegt. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Durch die im Ort vorhandenen E Roller sind wir häufig auch ein bisschen weiter gefahren zur entlegeneren Stränden und Restaurants, was viel Spaß gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es für uns ein perfekter Urlaub, wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das so überaus sympathische Ehepaar Gaby und Rob und an Vinka, die uns so unkompliziert diese tolle Reise ermöglicht haben.
