"First of all, dont use hotels.com for this trip bc you will have to pay more than what you reserved for :))))<3 I saw a comment saying that the receptionists only know how to get money and that is absolutely correct. Checkin process was awful. Receptionist were not professional. Nobody explains anything about the hotel, about the locations, eating times and the activities. You are on your own. And the guy who was supposed to take us to our rooms along with the other guests MISSED our room...
