"The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, number 801 which had a great view and was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a had a great variety. The property has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool which I always appreciate. Free bikes were fun to use for exploring the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and walk to Old Town was about 10 minutes. All in all a nice stay!"

"This hotel is perfectly located within 3 minutes’ walk of the old town. It’s set back from the main row at the front and has spacious grounds with a good sized swimming pool. There’s a good restaurant on site, and a pool-side bar which also serves food. The rooms are clean, spacious and light, with the best ones overlooking the pool and garden. Those overlooking the road at the back can be a bit noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful, giving lots of information about the town when you arrive. Laundry was reasonably priced and efficient. There is a very good choice of food for breakfast, catering to both Asian and western tastes. There’s also a small gym, and a book swap. "

Onsite spa and buffet breakfast were highlights and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. "

Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Ms Mica assisted us for bookings, and Ruby looked after us well while we stayed. It was very good to have a good restaurant and spa at the hotel as well. The hotel is close to the old town. We extended our stay because it was so comfortable, and we would love to come back sooner."
