"Started out with a ten minute wait to check in. There was no parking in the front. Traveling as a solo lady had to park in the back wich was dark and there was not a near door. The closest door had me carrying my luggage up stairs. Im a 60 year old lady. The place was not your usual nice homey country Inn and suites it was showing it's ware. The toilet struggled to flush. The carpetting stained and dirty. The shower was handicapped with a shower seat that had obviously not been cleaned. No shelf in shower to put soap or anything. There were no towels stocked in the bathroom. When I called the front desk the person who answered said oh ok but didnt even offer any be brought up.( which would have been too late anyhow."

"Found out after we checked in the hot tub and spa was not available until June 1 due to our renovation. We were a little bit, disappointed about that part but otherwise everything else was perfect."

"Clean room with nice layout, especially washsink outside toilet/shower room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice stay!"

"We had a reservation for several nights but ended up checking out after one night due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. I had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds but the beds were only doubles. The mattresses were very firm and unsupportive. My entire spine hurt from sleeping on this mattress and therefore I did not get any sleep. My husband experienced the same."

"The room wasn’t so clean I’ll give that 5/10.. The staff were nice and accommodating 10/10.. The breakfast options was terrible the eggs were old the toast was old the options were bread, boiled eggs, yogurt, apple, gravy, drinks and waffle .. The Air conditioning was outdated..Matress was hard abd weak so I didn’t get good sleep and the pillows matched it..I found ants crawling at the foot of the mattress right before checking out.."

"No breakfast option. Terribly over priced Starbucks sandwiches and coffee. Go a mile down the street and find an actual Starbucks. Paid parking only, and right under the airport flight path. Bed was as lumpy and crap as you could imagine."
