"Staff was very nice. Room was so hot could not sleep. About 80 degrees. Went to front desk and they gave me a broken box fan bc they were all out of regular fans. I asked to talk to a manager and there wasn't one available. The front desk said they would call or email, they never followed up. Hot tub was out of order, why can't they mention that when booking? The breakfast area is in an odd place and very sparse. "

The front desk staff were INCREDIBLE, the breakfast staff were always so helpful and pleasant and everything was so clean (including the pool which I find is usually not well maintained elsewhere). I was so impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting the area! Again, 5 stars for the front desk staff, they blew me away."

"I chose to stay at Radisson Blu for Spring Break to visit Mall of America. The stay was great, but the best part was the convenience to the mall. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when I needed directions. The hotel itself self was amazing, clean, and up-to-date. I will choose Radisson Blu every time."

"Pool area had no signage to tell where it was. Room door had broken latching mechanism curtains ripped with barely a touch. Towels are in a random closet instead of the bathroom, like use a towel bar or have a wall shelf or a shelf under the sink. Also charged $15+tax for parking?? Come on if you had all these problems and you then charge for parking, sad."

"Excellent stay for the money... We spent the day in Rochester for a mayo clinic visit and then drove up to minneapolis for a flight out of MSP... Stayed at the Fairfield overnight.. Visited the Mall of America, which was only 10 minutes away. Breakfast at the Fairfield was good and there was free parking... All in all a very good experience.. Highly recommended."

"A very solid and quiet building within which to stay. Very nice staff at the front desk and shuttle drivers. The hotel restaurant food was not bad at all, as one of our servers said, "Minnesota does comfort food really well". I would agree."

"I arrived having a reservation but was told they had no rooms. I had to go to another hotel. Lobby was dirty, looks like it is a homeless shelter."
