"We checked into the hotel as the pictures on the internet looked good. When we checked in it was a different story. It was the most filthy place I have EVER seen. There was a pile of laundry outside our room with vomit all over it and our room smelled strongly of urine. We left the hotel and checked into a different one immediately. "

"Hot tub - out of order. Fitness center- literally every machine was out of order. Pool - ice cold Wish we would have booked elsewhere. "

"Was disappointed that the pool was closed and that our room didn’t have more amenities than we thought. It was super convenient being close to MOA and having a restaurant in the hotel but the hotel had an event going on which made it difficult to get dinner. Besides being close to the Mall, easy parking and clean that would be the only reason to stay again. We might find something a little more family friendly the next time we stay in the cities. "

"Hard to beat for the price. Good location near the airport, but that means Jets are flying over, so plan accordingly."

"Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. "

"Clean room and cozy bed and sitting area. Great shower! Only complaint is the coffee machine in the room had to be cleaned before I’d use it. There was sediment where the water is added. Breakfast was good but warm not hot "
