"Place needs some serious maintenance. Door safety latch locked me out of my room, toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, low water pressure in the shower, old TV with no option for apps. "

She was professional, efficient, and very attentive during check-in, and she also kindly retrieved my bags that I had stored earlier in the day. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and smooth handling of everything. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable…exactly what I needed after a long day playing in a pickleball tournament. Overall, a great experience from start to finish."

"Home is beautiful, great for large family trips. The front porch with the rocking chairs made for fun family and quiet time. I would absolutely stay there again. While the train passes very close by and can be loud, it was a novelty for us. We enjoyed the house very much."

"Roaches in the room soon as I moved in coming out at the top of the door floor bathroom had to get to the store to get spray . Kitchen burner tucked knots not working properly. Bathroom toilet seat oversized handle didn't work properly 🙃 😑. Counter didn't look like it had been cleaned at all .Overall it was terrible and front desk Mgr horrible attitude . Not friendly ignores if you are new. Talks openly about what is going on to staff. Staff sorry roaches,ppl hanging clothes on rail.Cable lacks a lot of stations no phone, Floor nasty hadn't been mop or swept in long time ."
