The property itself and rooms are clean, the hotel just seemed a bit rundown and musky. The area to turn in and out of the hotel is a nightmare. Certain time of day, you can forget about trying to make a left out of the hotel.

Very convenient location near restaurants, grocery store, etc. Loved the "snack cart" idea, they came room-by-room in the evening to offer a selection from a complimentary snacks, water, and juice.

The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself…meh, everything is very old and worn, dated. It was exceptionally clean but the furniture and fixtures all need to be replaced. Our room had ZERO usb plugs. I had to pop over to Target to buy adapters to charge our phones, watches etc. it was inconvenient and another expense.

Overall it is a great place to stay! Staff nice, pool area and lounge area nice! Room was okay, not a lot of room if using the sofa bed and pillows on sofa should not be an options due to unsanitary.

This place was perfect for a recent 2 night stay while I was taking a training class. The hotel was clean and fresh looking, the area was quiet even though there were a few major roads nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. But most of all, the staff members were the friendliest most helpful people. ! They made my stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Eh….

We visited for the Beyoncé concert on Sunday night. The hotel was in a great location. However, check in was a little disappointing as we had to take an accessible room on the first floor, when we would have preferred to be together, considering the two rooms were booked at the same time with the same reservation! Furniture is very outdated and cleaning wasn’t up to par. It appears they just straighten up versus actually cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable however which was a plus. The guest keeper did not disclose breakfast hours or anything. They weren’t the friendliest when checking in. I felt as if I was an inconvenience for them having to check me in. One of our rooms smelled like mold in the restroom. The hotel has potential. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly.

Great place to stay!

I was able to check in right at 3:00. The clerk had my keys in hand and all info in a matter of minutes. I found a clean, comfortable room, a beautiful outdoor seating area at the pool, exercise room in great condition, and a spotless lobby and hallway. I felt safe and comfortable all weekend.

The guy at check out was super friendly. I didn’t like the fact that we had to find the elevators, they are no where near the lobby. The beds were ok kind of iffy if there was fresh bedding I always bring my own cleaning supplies though & spray everything down. The stay was decent.

I recently stayed at Courtyard Atlanta Norcross, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thank you Michael!! and I was quickly able to find my room and get accommodated. The room itself was comfortable and had a balcony that looked out toward the pool. The pool area was also lovely, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere. There is a Target nearby as well as plenty of dining out options. Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

Our first room developed a leak in the bathroom at the sink faucet overnight while we slept. When we got up in the morning there was 2" of water on the bathroom floor and wet carpet at the entrance to the bathroom. We were given another room, but some of the extras, pertaining to the coffee were missing, the pillows were uncomfortable as compared to the first room, and the TV was situated to the side of the bed instead of at the foot of the bed. On the second night, after attending a wedding we came back to find the TV not working, and were told maintenance had left for the night at 6 pm. Apparently they were called back and the maintenance man was able to fix the TV by about 7:15 pm. The doors to the dresser would not stay closed, I suspect the room was out of level. The bistro which is normally open was closed (Saturday night at 6 pm) so we had a pizza delivered. The staff was responsive and polite.

What I liked about my stay:- 1. Parking was free and easily accessible on the compound, 2. The staff were very courteous and took care of our needs, 3. The lobby was warm and welcoming in the 40 deg cold, 4. The facility was quiet for personal work, 5. The room was quite clean and well dusted in comparison to other popular short term stays that are higher priced. 6. The bath tub was very clean and the shower head was working excellently, again compared to other higher priced stays. Great job by cleaning crew. 7. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows allowed an excellent sleep, 8. There were many tv viewing options available with HBO etc. I was happy to catch up on the latest episode of Dune (series). 9. The Internet is free and open. 10. Checking in and out was so simple and easy. What can be improved:- 1. There was no phone in the room to call front desk, 2. There were 4 lamps in the bedroom but none was very bright (maybe I could have removed the shade). But I felt there could have been one that would light the room sufficiently since it was a single bedroom instead of having to turn on multiple to get sufficient light.
