The little refrigerator was on and cold. That was a plus."

I attempted to call the front desk about it but the phone wasn’t connected, so had to walk down multiple times for items. There were chip crumbs on the couch. Pool and fitness center were ‘out of order’. Bed was okay, otherwise, can’t imagine much worse. Especially the premium price. "

"I had booked a room in the Lodge but when I checked in I was “upgraded”. Instead of the room in the lodge I was given a two bedroom condo (trailhead 1 condo 307). The condo was dark, depressing, run down, had burned out light bulbs, dirty bathroom rugs and 3 non working tv sets. The “upgrade” was a joke. Do better Cascadia. Will not book another stay with them. "
