The staff was excellent on helping me get my room with easy instructions to.follow. the room was exceptionally clean and the atmosphere surrounding very quiet with no noise at all. Very peaceful. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

The hotel is centrally located, clean and comfortable. When we were arriving late from a concert (past regular check-in time), the staff reached our via text to assure us we could still get into our room.

Hotel is super well maintained and the hosts very accommodating. We were checking in at 1am and the host was prepared to escort us to our room and get us any accompanyments we needed at such a late hour. Lastly, the beds are incredibly comfortable. 10/10 review.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Icon Inn! The building is fully renovated, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night and left early in the morning, so we didn't use any of the facilities, but I saw that they were providing breakfast and the kitchen area was very cozy and nice!

The place was beautiful. The staff notified us ahead of time that the technology was not working accordingly. Therefore, we were greeted at the door by Carmen. Of course it was graduation weekend and Carmen had offered us a ride. The room was great and very quiet. If ever I have a reason to stay in Ellensburg again, I would check Icon's availability first.

I never leave reviews but this was so shockingly good I have to. I was in town for Brandi at the gorge, just needed a quick place to sleep, and figured a 2-star hotel would do the trick. This place is fantastic: large room, clean and updated. The manager (I think she said manager) happened to be there when I checked in and she was so nice and helpful. Don’t be put off by the 2 stars and non-chain name, it’s perfect. I will 100% stay there again. (For perspective, I’m mid 50s and travel frequently for both work and personal.)

The Icon Inn is unique. You are greeted by Stealy Dan and a computer screen in the lobby. You check in on the computer screen. It will text you a confirmation number to type in. Then prints out a room key for you. Your room number will have been texted to you and post briefly on the screen before the key is printed. I missed seeing both and had to text the manager/owner for my room number. There are only 15 guest suites. Each suite a little different from each other. My king suite had a remote fireplace. There are double queen suites with living room spaces. Ultra modern showers with thick towels, and dimmable lighting. Larger refrigerator/freezers with cream pods, coffee and coffeemakers, microwaves. The TV's are streaming only. You will need your Google, Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc passwords. Really nice kitchen and prep area. A vending machine with some beverages and sundry items, including slippers. Dining area with a shuffle board game. Outside seating areas. Large atrium with guest seating. Unique metal art. It was very quiet during my stay. You evidently can have pets. But I didn't see or hear any. Enjoy!
