This is a older property and could use a little TLC. It was clean and comfortable. Staff needs to focus on the small things i.e. there was no soap for the shower or sink. Only 1 washcloth, trash can in breakfast room overflowing.

I was here to run a conference. The best thing about this place is the remarkable level of customer service and amazing employees--the finest I've ever encountered. Otherwise, everything is broken, closed, stained, or missing. Shame on the owners for letting the facility degrade to this degree.

This hotel was conveniently located and the staff was nice. However, the interior is outdated and our room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. (It looked like they forgot to vacuum.) It was a noisy hotel partly because doors are old and do not reduce the sound coming from the hallways and the walls are thin between adjoining rooms. Guests who stay should be aware that the conference space is rented out and they could be subjected to loud party music that goes past 10:30pm.

Eh, it was definetly an older hotel. Very dated but I must say it was clean for it being so vintage. The staff was 5 Star all the way. As soon as you mention any need they immediately get right to it. The staff was probably the best part of the stay. That type of hospitality isn’t too common these days.
