"Clean room, Friendly and attentive staff! "

"The staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nice and clean. However, the building in general is in poor condition. The rooms are very rough. Our door couldn't close all the way so there was a draft from outside. There were other things but overall it was not a luxurious experience. You get what you pay for!"

"They had 2 washer and 2 dryer’s $3 for each The kitchen was fully equipped and no problem cooking all my meals full size fridge and stove oven and microwave and a dishwasher staff were great and room kept clean too "

"Hotel room was clean, staff was lovely. Breakfast was great! Room is quite small. Every time I walked past my bed, I bumped into the tv mounted on the wall. Parking can be an issue. Although we ended up finding parking nearby, the underground garage listed as the Holiday Inn’s parking only allowed vehicles under 5’7” which our van did not comply with. Pool and change rooms were very clean as well. VERY warm but only a complaint if you were a bystander and not actually in the water. "

"Where the hotel scored highly was in communication -prompt answers to questions about late night shuttle, and acknowledged very late arrival. Room was good for price. Shuttle both ways was as per timings. Only minor minus breakfast doesnt start til 0730 on weekend."

"Breakfast staff were very pleasant and efficient. Parking is in a garage towards the back of the proprty and is not in the best of shape. Very leaky and low roof and not great lighting. The outside of the property is a little beat up ( awning over the front entrance was leaking, potholed parking spots). The door he got was great - - clean, well supplied with linens, toiletries, a work desk fridge, and microwave. The pool looked great and common areas were clean. This hotel has a lot of guests and felt very busy but not in a bad or noisy way. "
