This was a great place to stay as a family as we went to Canada's Wonderland three days straight. It was affordable, great location, friendly staff, clean & modern room, nice breakfast... so basically just great all-around hotel.

Nice clean room. Very comfortable clean mattress & bedding. The place was quiet, felt relaxed and slept very well. One of the best places I’ve stayed in quite a while even that it’s not the newest.

The wifi was basically useless. Worse in the evening but not very good at any time. The breakfast was sparse (no eggs, and only processed cheese) but for the price it was worth the inconveniences. Staff were very friendly.

Fantastic staff, clean rooms, comfy bed on a budget. Great location. Staff were amazing. Super friendly, super helpful. Not the fanciest place but if you’re travelling on a budget, this a an excellent, clean, place, with nicely renovated rooms, and a great little breakfast!

Helpful and cheerful staff. Clean room.Lack lustre breakfast and breakfast room. Breakfast room capacity needs to be increased. Facility needs major renovations/upgrade. The staff can do only so much when the building is crying for upgrades.

I had a very positive experience with this property. I unexpectedly had to shorten my stay, and the staff was extremely helpful and understanding. They made the process very easy and reimbursed me for the night I was unable to use, which I really appreciated. The level of customer service stood out to me. The staff handled everything professionally and with genuine understanding. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the excellent service, flexibility, and overall ease of dealing with the staff.
